Our professional studio is based in Sydney. While local and interstate clients regularly send their products via courier or postal services, we also manage entire productions remotely. We keep you aligned throughout the shoot with real-time digital previews and structured check-ins.

While our large scale campaigns typically range from $3k to $15k, we also offer streamlined solutions for smaller projects starting under $1k. If you have a specific budget, let us know and we will advise on the best approach to maximize your value.

Our workflow is designed for clarity and excellence:

Consultation: We discuss your project scope and goals, whether launching a new collection, creating high-impact visuals for an upcoming campaign, revamping existing imagery, or building a comprehensive content library for your ongoing marketing needs.

Proposal and Booking: We provide a detailed project proposal, recommended deliverables, and a transparent quote. A 50% deposit and a signed agreement secure your production dates.

Pre-Production: We handle every detail leading up to the session, including brief refinement, creative set design, and precise prop sourcing aligned with your approved mood board.

The Shoot: We execute the vision in studio or on location.

Post-Production: Precision retouching brings the images to a commercial standard.

Delivery: Once the final balance is settled, your high resolution assets are released.

Yes. We offer full service production. We can coordinate casting, professional styling, and set builds so you receive a finished result rather than a list of tasks to manage. You are also welcome to provide your own props or creative direction if you prefer a more hands-on approach.

Standard retouching and delivery typically take 3 to 7 business days following the shoot. For larger campaigns involving extensive motion or complex editing, the timeline is usually 1 to 2 weeks. If you have a tight launch deadline, please let us know early so we can prioritize your project.

For large scale campaigns or shoots involving models, we recommend booking 4 weeks in advance. For smaller product-only shoots, we can often accommodate you within 1 to 2 weeks depending on our studio schedule.

Every project includes a round of refinements to ensure the retouching aligns with the agreed brief. Because we invest heavily in the pre-production and approval phase, reshoots are not included once the brief has been confirmed. We focus on getting it right the first time through clear communication before the camera even starts clicking.

Absolutely. Clients prefer our Monthly Retainer model. This provides consistent, high quality content for social media and marketing throughout the year, with the added benefit of priority scheduling and preferred partnership rates.
