As we welcome a new year, I’ve embraced the philosophy of “out with the old, in with the new” by refreshing my personal brand with a new self-portrait photography session. Capturing a fresh profile photo isn’t just about updating an image—it’s an opportunity for self-reflection, creative growth, and visual storytelling.
My previous portrait was taken years ago in a comfortable studio setting in Hong Kong. It served its purpose, reflecting a specific time in my journey. But now, having transitioned to a new studio space, I wanted a portrait that represents where I am today—both as a photographer and as someone continually evolving.
